Chamkani is not only name of a village but it is tribe, family or blood ties. Originally the name was Samkani but later on it changed to Sokani and finally Chamkani. Its people are called Sokaniwaal or Chamkanian. The people of Chamkani developed in every part of life very well. Specially religion, politics, sports etc. Which increased the popularity of Chamkani worldwide. In this website we would be focusing village Chamkani Peshawar.
